Psalm 106:1-3

Have you ever tried to retell a story that happened but you find you can’t nearly recapture the emotions of the moment? Words have a tendency to fail us. Great writers have a gift of painting a canvas with their words that can elicit an emotional connection with the story they are trying to tell but the reality is, words fail us.
Sometimes there just no words that sufficiently describe the magnificence of the Lord Almighty. Try as we might, our vocabulary just does not do Him justice.
Even the Apostle Paul wrote:
“I was caught up to the third heaven fourteen years ago. Whether I was in my body or out of my body, I don’t know—only God knows. Yes, only God knows whether I was in my body or outside my body. But I do know that I was caught up to paradise and heard things so astounding that they cannot be expressed in words, things no human is allowed to tell.”
2 Corinthians 12:2-4 NLT

Yet it is not our words so much that God is interested in but rather our hearts. God is not interested in lip service. Thank God He can read our hearts because I find I cannot express my heart to Him in words as I would like. And believe it or not, God must restrain Himself in regard to us as He dwells in irreproachable light.
Paul states our condition this way:
“And I charge you before God, who gives life to all, and before Christ Jesus, who gave a good testimony before Pontius Pilate, that you obey this command without wavering. Then no one can find fault with you from now until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again. For, At just the right time Christ will be revealed from heaven by the blessed and only almighty God, the King of all kings and Lord of all Lords. He alone can never die, and he lives in light so brilliant that no human can approach him. No human eye has ever seen him, nor ever will. All honor and power to him forever! Amen.”
1 Timothy 6:13-16 NLT

But there is joy for those who do justly and always do what is right. I think that joy is something God releases into our soul when our ways please Him and there is nothing like the feeling when you know you have made your Papa happy.
Strive to do that everyday!
